Cherry Bomb Exhaust

Over the past couple of months, my dad has been toying with the idea of fitting a Cherry Bomb straight through silencer to his BMW. I thought this a fantastic idea, and set about finding a one for a reasonable price. After finding a “Glasspack” (The silencer is straight through, but has an expansion chamber filled with glass fibre matting to deafen sound). so it flows well, and sounds very good, but it has some sound deadening.

We got messed around by a mobile mechanic who managed to hack off the back box before realising that he couldn’t fit it.

Today though, it was fitted by a local garage, and it is one of the nicest things I have ever heard in my life, it sounds fantastic, not loud when driving normally, but when you give it some welly, it livens up, and goes insane.
